FAQ – easyCruise
easyCruise is an online booking platform partnered with major cruise lines to offer cruise & fly-cruise packages all in one place. We gather information on cruises, ships, itineraries, and facilities so you can browse, compare, and book your dream cruise at the best possible price. Our booking service is free for guests—no booking or cancellation fees are charged. We receive our fee as commission from suppliers.
Steps when booking:
1. Browse, choose, compare, and find your dream cruise.
2. Complete the booking process—your reservation number will be emailed to you.
3. Use that reservation number to complete check-in on the cruise line’s website and add optional packages like beverages, dinners, or Wi-Fi.
4. Then, sit back, relax, and bon voyage!
Booking is available to UK residents only.
You can book as a guest without signing in, but signing in lets you save searches, store your details for future bookings, and receive personalized newsletters. If you book as a guest, your booking details remain accessible for only 90 days.

These discounted cabins are assigned by the cruise line near sailing time. You are guaranteed the grade of cabin but cannot request cabin location, facilities, or bed configuration. If traveling with others, cabins may not be near each other or of the same grade.

You can check travel insurance via partner Just Insurance Agents Ltd., or choose your own provider—just ensure it covers cruise-specific needs.
Some cruise lines automatically include gratuities in the cruise package. If not, you can pre-pay them during online check-in—this allows paying in your own currency and avoids extra thought during the cruise.
