
Cancellation Policies
Sometimes life throws the unexpected your way, and you may need to cancel your dream cruise. While we hope it never happens, you can cancel your booking with easyCruise.com at any time, and we won’t charge cancellation administration fees.
However, it’s essential to understand that each cruise line sets its own cancellation policies and fees. These rules vary depending on how close you are to your sailing date, and in many cases, at minimum, you’ll lose your deposit. If you cancel later in the process, additional cancellation charges may apply.
Please note that some special fares are sold as 100% non-refundable cruise deals. In these cases, no refund, compensation, or credit will be available if you cancel.
To make things easier, we’ve listed general cancellation timeframes by cruise line below. These should be used only as a guide—when sending a cancellation request to easyCruise.com, please allow an extra five business days in addition to the cruise line’s policy. Your cancellation is only confirmed once it has been officially received by the cruise line.

Additionally, if you have travel insurance, depending on the coverage you have, you might be eligible for a refund. We always recommend having a comprehensive cruise travel insurance plan (it is mandatory for some cruise lines), as certain policies can cover cancellations. Coverage will depend on the type of insurance you purchase, and all refund claims through insurance must be handled directly with your insurer.
