Passports are required for all cruises. Please check that your passport has at least 6 months validity from the return date of your trip. If you or any member of your party is not a British citizen or holds a non-British passport, you must check passport and visa requirements with the Embassy or Consulate of the country(ies) to or through which you are intending to travel. Please always refer to the Foreign Travel Advice by Gov.uk here.
While it is not a condition of booking that all guests hold fully comprehensive travel insurance that specifically covers cruise holidays, it is strongly recommended that Guests hold adequate cover due to the potential for unexpected events before, during, and after a cruise. Cover must be valid for the entire duration of your chosen itinerary, provides full health coverage for all pre-existing conditions and the costs of medical repatriations, plus specific cover for covid-19 related issues. It should also include Personal Luggage insurance since there is limited liability for loss or damage. Please refer to our trusted partner Just Travel Cover who offer comprehensive cover options from multiple insurers, have no upper age limit, and cover for hundreds of pre-existing medical conditions.
All staterooms are equipped with standard 110/220VAC outlets. The onboard voltage is 110/220 AC (maximum 1500 watts) so please take any necessary adapters (N. European and North America adaptors will both work). There are also USB sockets available onboard the fleet.
Guests are encouraged to follow a “resort casual” dress code.
Out of respect for others, bare feet, tank tops, baseball caps, bathing suits, shorts, and torn/distressed jeans are not allowed in the dining room or specialty restaurants. When dining at Windows Café, guests must wear footwear and a cover-up or shirt.
Formal evening wear is not expected nor required in our restaurants. If you prefer to dress more formally, you are welcome to do so. Please note that tuxedo rentals are not available onboard.
Here are some guidelines on recommended attire:
For everyone:
Pack a sweater and a lightweight windbreaker for cooler mornings and evenings.
Don’t forget your workout clothes! Bring a pair of sneakers or rubber-soled shoes for deck sports as well as a swimsuit and a cover-up.
You may want to pack more conservative day/port wear for onshore excursions. This clothing should be culturally appropriate for museums, restaurants, and religious sites.
Light fabrics such as linen, cotton, silk, and wool gabardine are best.
Remember to pack an all-white outfit for our White Night event!
For women:
Casual dresses, skirts, pants and capris, blouses and knit tops.
For men:
Collared golf and polo shirts, shorts, pants, and a sports coat if desired.
At Discoveries, Aqualina, and Prime C Restaurants:
Not permitted: bare feet, ball caps, tank tops, or bathing suits.
Not permitted during dinner: shorts and torn/distressed jeans.
Each passenger can bring a reasonable amount of personal property and luggage onboard. For your comfort and convenience, it is recommended limiting larger luggage to one or two pieces. Be sure to check with your airline about baggage allowances and weight and size restrictions, as extra fees may apply.
