The “Free parking when you sail from Southampton” offer is valid on selected roundtrip Southampton voyages of 7 nights or more and is subject to availability. The offer applies to either one car parking space per booking. Guests wishing to use the car parking service must contact Cruise & Passenger Services Ltd directly on 0345 071 3939 or via www.cruiseparking.co.uk to arrange parking by 31st July 2026, ahead of departure. Bookings for parking can be made 72 hours after the cruise booking is confirmed. We recommend booking early, as availability cannot be guaranteed and late bookings may not be accommodated. The offer is based on a maximum of one car parking space per booking and is subject to availability on selected sailings. Complimentary car parking is only applicable to new bookings made between 3rd March 2026 and 30th April 2026.

To arrange your car parking in Southampton, please visit Cruise and Passenger Services (CPS) to book via their website or call them on 0345 071 3939, no later than the 31st July 2026. Cruise and Passenger Services can also be contacted via email: info@cruiseparking.co.uk
Please note you can secure your space 72 hours after you have booked your cruise holiday.
If you intend to take a trailer on your car, you will need to book two spaces and be charged appropriately.
If your cruise arrives back at a different terminal than it embarked on, CPS will move your car for you. With the exception of if you have a wheelchair accessible vehicle (WAV) which uses a wheelchair as the drivers seat, CPS cannot move your vehicle and will arrange an assistance taxi to transfer you to your vehicle.
Please note: the valet parking service by Cruise and Passenger Services is the only available service inside the Southampton port estate.
Important: Car parking must be booked by 31st July 2026 which is prior to your departure date.
If you are eligible for complimentary car parking and this has been confirmed by Princess Cruises at the time of booking, you must confirm the reservation of your parking space with Cruise and Passenger Services no later than 31st July 2026.
Once booked, you will be sent a confirmation pack with all the details and a parking sticker for your car.
